Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and followers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting and timely responses
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity for strategic adjustments
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for visibility on search engines and social platforms
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Coordinate with public relations teams to manage branding efforts and enhance relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising to boost reach and conversions while tracking ROI
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, video editing, e-commerce integration, and social media marketing tools
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Demonstrated ability in content creation across multiple formats including photography, video editing, graphic design, and copywriting
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro or other video editing software), as well as social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager or similar channels
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners
- Knowledge of branding strategies within digital marketing environments; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail in all published content
