Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and appearance of our building and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a comfortable, efficient environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills across a broad range of maintenance tasks, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our facilities.
Duties
- Maintain all aspects of maintenance for the courthouse & judicial facility
- All lawn services
- Cross Train & work in janitorial department if needed
- Assist offices with moving items and lifting
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks
- Respond to various departments as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screening & background check
A county application will be required and can be completed at Taneycounty.org
Pay: $16.48 per hour
