Stanley Painting is a growing local painting company looking for someone exactly like you to help run the office and be the friendly voice our customers trust.
This is a critical role for our business. You are the glue that keeps everything together and the person our customers, crews, and owner rely on every day. You will make a real difference here, not just push paper.
What you will do:
- Take inbound customer calls and make outbound marketing calls to strategic partners, past clients, and old leads.
- Book and confirm estimates and jobs, and keep the schedule tight.
- Keep our CRM and records accurate and up to date.
- Handle invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Help with local errands as needed.
- Input data into our CRM and spreadsheets, and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Manage the business inbox and dispatch information to crews and the owner where appropriate.
- Answer customer requests and questions by phone and email.
What we are looking for:
- Extremely organized, reliable, and proactive - someone who takes initiative without being told.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: you can take a problem, break it down, and identify solutions before escalating.
- Warm and clear on the phone and comfortable talking to customers.
- Comfortable learning new software and AI tools.
- Bonus: customer service, office administration, sales, or outbound calling experience.
Details:
Part-time to start with room to grow. Some work from home and some in person. Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
