Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) for a travel assignment in Norfolk, Virginia. Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, pacemaker implants, ICD implants, and other EP procedures
- Operate and monitor EP recording systems, mapping systems, and related equipment
- Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies prior to cases
- Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and assist with hemodynamic monitoring during procedures
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to all safety and infection control standards
- Accurately document procedural data and patient information
Requirements:
- RCES and CEPS certification required
- Minimum of two years of recent Electrophysiology Lab experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with cardiac mapping systems and EP recording equipment preferred
- VA License if ARRT
