As a Provider Relations Representative, you'll be the face of EMI Health to clinics and provider offices across Utah. You'll hit the road, build genuine relationships, solve real problems, and make sure providers have everything they need to serve their patients well. Own your provider relationships — serve as the go-to contact for a network of clinics and provider offices across Utah

Get out in the field — make regular in-person visits to provider offices to offer hands-on support and build trust face-to-face

Onboard new providers smoothly, making sure they're set up, informed, and confident working with EMI Health

Be a problem-solver — field questions, resolve issues quickly, and loop in internal teams when needed

Help grow the network — support outreach efforts that expand EMI Health's provider relationships across the state

Stay organized and accountable — keep detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and next steps

Improve the experience — contribute to projects that make things easier and better for providers and members alike
Have experience in a provider office, healthcare, customer service, or a relationship-facing role

Are a confident, genuine communicator — in person, on the phone, and over email

Love being on the move and are comfortable traveling throughout Utah regularly

Can manage your own schedule and tasks without needing constant direction

Are organized, dependable, and follow through on what you commit to

Have solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
