Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive guest relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and special requests promptly.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking bar supplies.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
