As a Production Associate on our Multi-Slide Line, you will:

Assemble door panels according to specifications
-
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and quality
-
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards
-
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
-
Report production issues or defects to supervisors
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
-
Support continuous improvement efforts on the production line

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Good communication skills

Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Standing and moving for extended periods

Use of hands for tools and assembly work

Manufacturing facility with machinery and moderate noise levels

Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
