Pacific Coast Executives is growing throughout the Bay Area and is hiring a full-time Entry Level Sales Associate to join our expanding team. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and making a difference in your community, this is a great opportunity to build experience in sales, customer service, account management, and customer engagement.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll work directly with residential customers, introduce available wireless services and mobile connectivity solutions, answer questions, and help customers complete new service enrollments. This is an entry-level, in-person, customer-facing position where you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate
- Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned Bay Area communities
- Introduce wireless services, smartphones, mobile plans, and available promotions
- Help customers understand available service options and eligibility requirements
- Assist with new customer enrollments, account setup, activations, and account updates
- Answer customer questions while delivering exceptional customer service
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer information and daily sales activity
- Work alongside fellow Entry Level Sales Associates to achieve customer enrollment and team performance goals
Who We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Interested in sales, customer service, customer engagement, account management, marketing, or business development
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales, warehouse, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required
