Now Hiring – Full-Time Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is committed to providing excellent service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform apartment make-readies, including repairs, painting, cleaning, and general preparation for new residents.
- Perform routine, preventive, and general maintenance throughout the property.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, and other maintenance issues.
- Assist with remodeling projects and property improvements as needed.
- Maintain the swimming pool and surrounding area to ensure it remains clean and safe.
- Keep the grounds, parking areas, and common areas clean and free of trash and debris.
- Work closely with management to ensure the property is well maintained and apartments are move-in ready.
- Provide courteous, professional, and respectful service to residents.
Qualifications:
- Experience in apartment maintenance or general maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
Requirements:
- Full-Time Position
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform the physical duties required for apartment maintenance.
- Must have a clean criminal background and be able to pass a background screening.
