REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience (luxury or high-line experience preferred)
- Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed and maximize income
- Outgoing, professional and customer-focused personality
- Excellent communication, phone and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage and convert internet leads and inbound inquiries
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team based-oriented environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, inbound calls and walk-in customers
- Make consistent sales calls and follow-ups to build pipeline and close deals
- Conduct need based consultations to match clients with the right Genesis vehicle
- Demonstrate vehicle feature and accompany customers on test drives
- Maintain strong prospecting habits to generate repeat and referral business
- Deliver exceptional ownership experiences that produce top-tier survey scores
- Maintain organized CRM follow-up to maximize customer retention
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance expectations
- Represent Genesis and the Don Franklin Auto Group with professionalism and integrity
