Spark Wellness Group is seeking compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing outpatient psychiatric practice.
We are currently considering both experienced PMHNPs and exceptional new graduates, with opportunities structured according to experience and career goals.

Two Career Pathways
Full-Time — Experienced PMHNP
- Full-Time W-2 position
- $130,000–$145,000 base salary, based on PMHNP experience
- Performance and productivity bonus opportunities

Part-Time — New Graduate / Early-Career PMHNP / Experienced PMHNPs
- Part-Time W2 or 1099
- Part-Time W-2: $65–$85/hour, based on PMHNP experience
- Part-Time 1099 $80–$100/hour, based on PMHNP experience
- Minimum 20-24 hours per week

- Protected documentation and administrative time
- Clinical consultation and case support
- Increasing autonomy and caseload as experience develops
- Potential pathway to Full-Time W-2 employment after approximately six months, based on clinical performance, panel development, organizational needs, and mutual interestExperienced PMHNPs seeking part-time schedules are also encouraged to apply.
Clinical Practice
Our providers deliver outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication management, treatment planning, and longitudinal psychiatric care.
Typical scheduling includes:
- 45-60 minute new psychiatric evaluations
- Follow-up appointments based on clinical need
- Protected time for documentation and other clinical responsibilities
We believe providers should have the support and resources necessary to deliver excellent care while maintaining a sustainable professional schedule.
Strong Administrative Support
Our providers are supported by dedicated teams assisting with:
- Patient intake and scheduling
- Insurance verification
- Prior authorizations
- Billing and collections
- Medical records
- Administrative operations

Requirements
- Current state-issued PMHNP-BC license in the state of FL
- Open to and knowledgeable about Telehealth protocols
- Open to training to Electronic Health Care System
- Develop a care plan that establishes goals, based on diagnosis
- BLS certificate
- Documenting daily assessments
- Demonstrating a commitment to patient safety
- Must be flexible and adaptable; conditions and environment are unpredictable and change frequently
- Great communication skills.
- Shows the ability to organize and prioritize workload independently
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Due to the scope of practice, the chosen candidate must be a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
