Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity in an equipment sales and repair services environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented service department professional who enjoys working with work orders, customer repair updates, and internal service team coordination.
The Service Technician will play an important role in keeping repair documentation accurate, helping customers stay informed, and supporting a smooth service department workflow. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive service experience who values teamwork, clear communication, supportive leadership, and a customer-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit completed work orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Close work orders in a timely manner once service work is complete.
- Write up new work orders as needed for incoming service or repair requests.
- Communicate repair updates, timelines, and service status to customers professionally.
- Coordinate with technicians, service staff, and customers to help keep repair activity moving efficiently.
- Maintain organized service records and support a positive customer service experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
