Join Our Leadership Team
Hillstrom Crane and Inspection is looking for a Finance Manager to help lead the financial side of our growing company.
This isn't just an accounting position you'll work directly with ownership, provide financial insight, and help guide strategic decisions that drive the business forward.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations
- Manage Accounts Payable and oversee Accounts Receivable
- Monitor cash flow and company financial performance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts
- Present financial updates during weekly Leadership Team meetings
- Analyze profitability and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with our CPA and outside financial partners
- Help leadership make informed business decisions
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Understands business and financial operations (Gets It)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
