Position Title: Senior Financial Advisor
Salary Range: $135,000 - $250,000 base / Year DOE

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and values

Develop and implement personalized financial plans

Collaborate with associate advisors to ensure comprehensive client service

Utilize a specific methodology to communicate financial strategies

Provide coaching and support to clients throughout the planning process

Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on high-net-worth individuals
Requirements:

Advanced degree such as J.D., CFA, CFP, or CPA is required

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead advisor with a proven track record managing clients with an average net worth of $2 million+

RIA experience is required for lead candidates

BA degree is required for all candidates

Experience in a broker dealer environment is acceptable
- Flexibility in work hours is preferred
