Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Develop new beverage recipes and craft unique drink presentations to keep offerings fresh and exciting
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders to ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using basic math skills while maintaining accuracy in cashiering and retail math tasks
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, and brewing processes including craft beer experience
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for seamless order entry and transaction processing
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks through excellent time management skills in busy environments
- Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, catering, banquet service, or food industry roles is advantageous
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create welcoming atmospheres
- Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
