Reports To: Operations Manager
Location: Groveport, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:00am - 4:30pm/ Weekends as needed.
Pay: Starting rate of $18/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspections: Conducting pre-production, in-process, and final random inspections to prevent defective items from reaching customers.
- Documentation: Reviewing work instructions, filling out inspection reports, and maintaining traceability logs for audits.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Other duties assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Education: HS diploma or equivalent required, or comparable role/warehouse logistics experience.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
- Computer P/C and software knowledge WMI, JDA, EXCEL (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with a diverse workforce.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible and stress resistant.
