What is needed to work at RECA?
Because we desire high-quality, Christ-centered educators, we have a few important requirements for all prospective teachers, staff, and administrators:
- All applicants must affirm and support our Statements of Primary Beliefs.
- For teachers, a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the field you plan to teach.
- Teaching certification and classroom experience are strongly preferred.
