What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Register guests and verify payment information.
- Answer questions about rooms, rates, amenities, and the local area.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Confirm group reservations and assist with weddings, events, and VIP arrivals.
- Recommend and upsell hotel amenities and services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate reservation, booking, and payment records.
