We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face of our brokerage at our front desk. This is a crucial support role for our Leadership Team, and we need someone who is a natural connector with people and a self-starter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Leadership Team, agents, clients, and vendors.
- Answer phones with warmth, professionalism, and urgency; properly route calls and inquiries.
- Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for agents, guests, and visitors.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, training sessions, and agent recognition activities.
- Manage lunches and hospitality for team meetings and office events.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications.
- Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and incoming office correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering.
