Love traveling, seeing new places, and experiencing something different every week? This role gives you the chance to explore the country while helping warehouses stay safe, compliant, and efficient. As a Safety & Compliance Specialist, you’ll conduct on‑site inspections, gather critical data, and play a key role in preventing future damages, injuries, and costly compliance issues for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel nationwide (up to 80%) to perform pallet racking and warehouse safety inspections
- Conduct compliance checks, damage assessments, capacity evaluations, and reverse‑engineering measurements
- Capture accurate measurements, photos, and detailed notes for engineering and reporting
- Operate scissor lifts or forklifts as needed (training provided)
- Communicate findings professionally with warehouse managers and operations teams
- Complete post‑inspection reports using company templates
- Participate in regular team check‑ins for support and development

Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $50,000–$60,000
- Per Diem
- PTO: 15 days annually
