Job Summary
We are looking for a positive and strong leader for The 698 Restaurant. The ideal candidate would excel in genuine hospitality, leadership, and cultivate a cooperative and positive atmosphere at work. They must also display organizational skills and be adaptable in the fast-paced environment of the restaurant world.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld by training staff in hospitality best practices.
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu quality meets customer expectations.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or as an Assistant Manager in a similar setting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in operational processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
