What You'll Do
- Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities
- Assist with audit and assurance engagements across multiple industries
- Conduct tax research and analyze complex financial issues
- Analyze, reconcile, and verify accounts while identifying and resolving material discrepancies
- Provide consulting and advisory services to clients
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Support and mentor junior staff while contributing to team leadership initiatives
- Participate in limited local travel for client engagements as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- Active CPA required
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Experience in tax, audit, consulting, or advisory services
- Proven tenure and job stability
- Experience leading or mentoring teams (please include team size on your resume)
- Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to a team-oriented culture
