We’re excited to welcome a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business!
The ideal candidate will have B2B selling experience and be well informed about our business. This role requires engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers- confidence and self-assuredness is a requirement for success.
Our top sales managers are earning more than $100,000/year comprising of base salary + commission + annual bonus. Exceptional sales reps can earn more than $200,000/year.
We will train you for success. Graduates of our 90 day training program will be in charge of their own book of business and assigned a region to manage.
This role requires on site attendance in our Anaheim office Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Your Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for packaging products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, close sales contracts, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Travel within the region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and build relationships across industries
- Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study or 2 years of relevant experience
- 1-5 years’ experience in sales within the packaging industry preferred.
- Sales experience in Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Pet, Tobacco, Medicine/Pharmaceuticals, Cannabis, and Hemp industries preferred.
- Ability to travel by air unrestricted
- Mac OS proficiency required
Pay: $71,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
