Accounts Payable Specialist
Join a fast-growing mortgage company where your attention to detail and process discipline directly supports our ability to close loans and serve clients. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chandler, AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Process and code vendor invoices accurately into the accounting system, ensuring proper GL account assignment and cost center allocation
- Manage the full AP cycle — from invoice receipt and approval routing through payment selection and disbursement
- Maintain organized digital records of all invoices and supporting documentation in accordance with company retention policies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving discrepancies between company records and vendor statements in a timely manner
- Own the vendor onboarding process, including W-9 collection, banking setup, and maintenance of vendor master data
- Communicate professionally with vendors to reconcile payment discrepancies, confirm remittance details, and manage expectations around payment timing
Skills:
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP software (experience with mortgage-specific platforms a plus)
- A process-improvement mindset
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Process driven
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office products
- Experience within Accounts Payable is a plus

Salary: $21.63 - $26.44 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
