Overview:
We are a building materials supplier seeking a motivated individual who wants to grow with our team. We sell interior finishing products such as flooring and molding. You will be a cashier and sales professional helping customers with estimates and identifying products they require. Success in this role is your enthusiasm to try think of new process/products to improve the customer’s experience and growth of the team. You will also be in charge of managing the warehouse team to ensure that all associates are performing their job duty. You will be responsible for the continued success and growth of the business.
Duties:
- Inside sales to support existing clients.
- Create sales orders, invoices, and collect payments;
- Answer phone calls and reply emails from customers
- Restock/ Organize/ Clean Inventory
- Take initiative to identify and complete work, problem solver.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Manage warehouse team
- Measure and delegate workload within the warehouse
- Can lift 50 lbs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (multilingual abilities are a plus)
- Initiate, establish, and build strong customer relations
- Maintain customer base as well as seek new opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills.
- This is an extremely fast-paced environment with no room for mistakes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
