Job Overview
As an Extrusion Technician I at GOEX, you run the extrusion line. You are responsible for producing our sheet and roll stock by operating the equipment, making adjustments, performing changeovers, and keeping the line running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you stay actively engaged throughout the shift — not a “push a button and watch” position.
You’ll perform startups, shutdowns, gauge and color changes, roll and die changes, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting. You’ll follow documented processes, maintain accurate production and traceability records, and work closely with your Operators and the Process Engineer to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of a production line, this role puts you at the center of our manufacturing process.
