We are seeking to fill a Lead Maintenance Technician position at The James-Ferndale, a beautiful independent living senior apartment community located in Downtown Ferndale. Our perfect candidate would be someone who is EPA certified, has at least three years of previous property maintenance experience as a maintenance technician, and experience with computerized HVAC controls. You would report to the Community Manager and be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the overall maintenance and upkeep of the community including apartment turns, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, completion of service requests, maintaining inventory and general repairs. This is a full time position with some on-call responsibilities and requires someone who is reliable, honest and hard-working.
