- Ensure safe and efficient operation of tractor-trailers in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Achieve on-time delivery of materials to designated company locations and destinations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver logs, trip documentation, and vehicle inspection reports.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety protocols, including those for handling hazardous materials.
- Proactively report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain professional interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by adhering to SOPs and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Represent the company through professional conduct and reliable service.
- Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with the ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial driving.
- Comprehensive understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours as needed.
- Self-directed with the ability to maintain clear communication across teams.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
