Full Job Description
We're seeking Robot Operators who are exited about robotics to join us. In this hands-on position, you'll operate robots (similar to a puppeteer, but with robots), working through structured procedures to gather high-quality robot data. The data you collect will be used to teach the robots skills capable of performing real-world tasks autonomously.

Responsibilities
- Operate bimanual robots according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collect data accurately and in line with a rigorous internal quality standard
- Keep detailed records of completed workflows and label data using our internal tools
- Follow all safety protocols within the lab setting
Qualifications
- No technical background needed; what matters is curiosity, a willingness to learn, and consistency
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 2-3 hours at a stretch
- Strong attention to detail paired with initiative, including the confidence to ask questions or point out inconsistencies
- Able to follow both written and verbal instructions precisely
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable transportation and the ability to commute to our office
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

About the Interview
- 20-minute Zoom call
- Onsite visit (come to our office and operate the robot)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
