Multi-building apartment complex needs a skilled assistant with experience for apartment prep and maintenance. Complexes are in Bethlehem, PA. Candidate will be required to work at multiple complexes in the town. Priority given to candidates able to relocate on-site.
Candidates must have experience with painting, carpentry, electrical & plumbing preferred. Must have the ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, lift up to 50lbs and walk grounds in all weather conditions.
In this role you will be essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of residential properties. You will report to the Superintendent and use your skills to renovate vacant apartments and perform general maintenance. Candidates will periodically have on call weekend and evening responsibilities and perform snow removal in winter.
Basic set of personal tools, driver's license and access to a vehicle required. Candidate must live within 20 minutes of properties if unable to relocate.
