We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Creative Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization, combining technical media expertise with a strong sense of mission-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes video content and reels during on-site photoshoots.
- Edit short and long-form video projects using Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Assist in setting up and managing photo and video sessions.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, Instagram posts, TikTok content, and email campaigns.
- Photo Responsibilities
- Cull, crop and tag raw photos following shoots
- Retouch as needed to finalize photo galleries, ensuring consistent high-quality results.
- Oversee the upload, organization, and sale of photos and videos through online platforms.
- Capture live events such as dance practices/performances, sidelines at football games, etc
Video Responsibilities
- Cull/organize footage as needed
- Edit short-form videos for clients (30 second reels for their marketing, 2 minute event recaps, etc)
- Rough cut and assistant edit long-form video projects using Premiere Pro
- Ensure projects are properly archived upon completion
Client Relations
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients from initial contact through project completion.
- Occasionally manage scheduling and location access for video and photo sessions.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms and deliverables.
- Champion the company’s mission by creating content that uplifts and celebrates the beauty, strength, and grace of our dance clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in photo and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop - is ideal) or willingness to learn
- Expertise in creating engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Openness to variable scheduling for on-site shoots (no two weeks are quite the same), editing work is flexible as long as it meets deadlines
- Familiarity with dance photography or the performing arts is a bonus but not required.
- Candidates must be available Tuesday through Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, and on Saturdays for on-site shoots. While on-site work is not scheduled daily, availability during these hours is required to accommodate shoots as they arise.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
