We're looking for a customer-focused Automotive Service BDC Representative to help grow our service department and build strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and online service inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
- Follow up on missed appointments, declined services, and maintenance reminders
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems
- Coordinate with service advisors to provide a seamless customer experience
- Help improve customer retention and satisfaction through timely follow-up
Qualifications
- Customer service, call center, sales, or BDC experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays with occasional Saturdays
