As our HVAC Dispatcher, you'll serve as the communication hub that keeps our operation running efficiently from start to finish. Each day, you'll professionally answer incoming customer calls, coordinate appointments, dispatch HVAC service technicians to the right jobs, and adjust schedules as priorities shift throughout the day. You'll communicate regularly with technicians regarding job status, handle emergency service requests with urgency and professionalism, maintain accurate customer records and job information, and work closely with our office team to ensure every customer receives the exceptional experience Polar is known for. Your ability to stay organized, think ahead, and keep everyone informed will play a vital role in our team's success and our customers' satisfaction.

YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime opportunities are available for those who want additional earning potential.
