Licensed Esthetician — Experienced, Results-Driven, Here to Stay Essential Spa | Sylvania, Ohio
Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hr + service commission, 10% retail commission, 100% tips & quarterly bonuses

What This Role Really Is This is more than a treatment room. You'll be part of a team focused on:

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Performing customized facials and waxing based on each client's needs
- Building treatment plans that guide clients toward real, visible results
- Rebooking clients and growing long-term relationships
- Confidently recommending retail and home care
- Supporting front desk and client experience during slower times
- Keeping your space clean, organized, and professional
- Showing up on social media (or being willing to learn)
This Is NOT for You If
- You're looking for something temporary
- You have less than 2 years of hands-on experience
- You don't enjoy educating clients or recommending products
- You're not confident and comfortable waxing
- You prefer working completely independently
- You don't want to help with cleaning or team responsibilities
- You're not open to growth, feedback, or being part of a team
Requirements
- Active Ohio Esthetician License
- 2+ years of hands-on esthetician experience
- Proven ability to rebook clients and recommend retail/home care
- Strong communication and professionalism
- A genuine desire to grow, learn, and support the team
