EXECUTIVE CHEF — FINE DINING
Houston, TX On-Site Full-Time
$85,000 – $120,000/year + performance bonus

ALife Hospitality Group is looking for an Executive Chef who can lead a fine dining kitchen at the
highest level: original menus, flawless execution, and a culture that develops the next generation of
great cooks.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Design and execute a seasonal menu that defines the restaurant's identity — creative control
is real here
- Lead, mentor, and build a kitchen team including sous chefs, line cooks, and pastry — you set
the standard
- Drive food quality, consistency, and plating to a level that earns repeat guests and recognition
- Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit margin targets without cutting
corners
- Develop SOPs, prep systems, and service flow that keep a high-volume fine dining kitchen
running clean
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, wine pairings, seasonal specials, and concept evolution
- Stay ahead of culinary trends and bring new techniques, ingredients, and ideas to the table
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven track record as Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in fine dining or upscale
environments
- Deep command of modern techniques, flavor development, and presentation at a fine dining
standard
- Strong leadership instincts — you coach, you don't just direct
- Budget management, cost control, and inventory expertise
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
