Experience working in a professional office, preferably a school office. Excellent computer, communication and organization skills. Experience with a computer-based student information system, Excel, Word, email and managing multiple electronic calendars strongly preferred.Duties to include, but not limited to: 1.The ability to work effectively with administration, teachers, school staff, students and parents.2.Accurate, pro-active and thorough management of all assigned data entry, including the student information system, student records, and computer-based recordkeeping and documentation.3.Coordinate daily assignments for school aides and schedule substitutes as needed, including the use of paraprofessionals to aides to cover as needed.4.Maintain up-to-date and accurate recordkeeping of the student activity account in coordination with the business manager and principal.5.Responds to questions and requests by school staff, students and parents.6.All other duties as assigned by the principal.
