Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 per year

What You’ll Do
- Connect with individuals who are reviewing their health coverage options
- Provide clear, professional guidance on available plans and benefits
- Assist clients through the selection and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Follow up to ensure a smooth and positive experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and reliable
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Coachable with a positive attitude
Backgrounds in customer service, client support, or similar roles are helpful but not required.
