Duties

- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve issues swiftly.
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times, including handling unforeseen incidents with professionalism.
- Maintain multi-line phone systems and uphold excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and callers effectively.
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns with empathy and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices and front desk operations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Previous hotel experience, especially in resort settings or with hotel management systems like OPERA, is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
