This is an in-person role. We are NOT offering relocation, and out-of-area applicants will not be considered.
Lead and grow a roofing sales team at a 25-year, GAF-certified DMV company. You'll recruit, train, and drive a team of storm-restoration reps — not babysit, build. We run on insurance claims with full back-office support, so your reps sell a trusted name with warm appointments fed by our canvassing team.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Hire, onboard, and coach a team of sales reps and canvassers
- Set and hit team production targets; run the pipeline and daily numbers
- Ride-along training, roof and claim documentation standards, adjuster strategy
- Storm-response deployment when hail and wind hit the DMV
YOU'RE A FIT IF
- You've managed a roofing / storm-restoration or comparable field sales team
- You can recruit and retain producers and run a number-driven floor
- You know insurance roofing (ACV/RCV, supplements, adjuster meetings)
WHAT YOU NEED
- Verifiable sales-leadership experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Comfortable on a ladder doing roof inspections
