About the Role
Prive Beauty Bar is seeking licensed nail technicians to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end Russian (dry) manicures and pedicures, and we're looking for detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their craft and want to build a rewarding long-term career in a luxury salon environment.
We offer one of the most competitive pay structures in the area — combining base pay, tips, and commission. Technicians who build speed and quality have a clear path to earning $72,000+ annually based on a full client load of 5 clients per day.
Compensation Base Pay + Tips + Commission. Starting pay is based on experience level, with structured increases as you develop speed, consistency, and client satisfaction. Technicians who reach full productivity (5 clients/day) have the earning potential to exceed $72K/year.
What You'll Do
- Perform high-end Russian manicures and pedicures for a fully booked client schedule
- Maintain Prive's quality and service standards
- Continue developing skills through paid, hands-on training
Requirements
- Valid California nail technician or cosmetology license (required)
- Builder gel experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, professional, and eager to grow
Paid Training — $2,500 Value Included No Russian manicure experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive hands-on training in:
- Builder gel application (advanced shaping and structure)
- Russian dry manicure techniques
- Advanced dry pedicure techniques
