Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily delivery routes using Amazon Cortex
- Track driver progress and identify delays or issues in real time
- Communicate clearly with drivers regarding routes, rescues, and RTS
- Proactively address late routes, undelivered packages, and returns
- Maintain constant communication with Amazon leadership as needed
- Ensure drivers follow Amazon safety and delivery standards
- Accurately document issues, delays, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Cortex
- Ability to manage multiple drivers and routes simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience dispatching 20+ drivers
- Strong understanding of RTS procedures and delivery metrics
- Leadership mindset with the ability to support drivers in the field
