Memory Care Resident Companion
Full Time and Part Time | Days, Evenings or Nights
Pay: $17-$24/hour
(based on experienceshift differentials)

What will I do as a Memory Care Resident Companion?
- Provides personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, etc. for residents according to the resident's assessment and service plan (ASP).

Assists residents with housekeeping and laundry services.

Assists residents with activities.

Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their families.

Completes documentation of resident service logs, etc.

Communicates residents concerns and needs to Resident Care Coordinator, Wellness Nurse, and / or Wellness Director.

Assists with dining.
What is required as a Memory Care Resident Companion?
- Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate.

A minimum of 1 year in Assisted Living, Personal Care, Long Term Care.

Memory Care experience preferred.

Must have a valid and current CNA certification or willing to complete on-line care giving training once hired.

Must complete annual training as required by current regulations.

Must maintain First Aid and CPR certification.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have excellent communications skills.
