Summary
Alton High School is seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our athletic department as a Football Trailer Driver. This position involves transporting essential equipment and supplies to and from games and events, ensuring the smooth operation of our football program. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting student-athletes and a passion for contributing to the success of our football team.
Pay - $30/hr for drive time.
Requirements
- Preferred ability to work all home and away games
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving trailers or similar vehicles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the football schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with coaches, players, and staff.
- Commitment to supporting student-athletes and promoting a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate the football trailer to transport equipment to and from games.
- Collaborate with coaching staff and team managers to coordinate transportation schedules and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activitie.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and school policies while driving and handling equipment.
