Stay Glacier is looking for a dependable, hardworking Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain our portfolio of short-term rentals and commercial properties throughout the Flathead Valley.
This is a full-time W-2 position working four 10-hour days per week, giving you a three-day weekend every week. If you're resourceful, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping properties in top condition, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule
Full-Time, W-2
4 days/week | 10-hour shifts
Occasional flexibility may be required for urgent maintenance needs.
Compensation & Benefits
$22–$24/hour DOE

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs at short-term rental homes and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Complete plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed.
- Prepare properties between guests when maintenance issues arise.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company equipment.
- Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of completed work and needed repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or property management experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Resourceful and capable of finding practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day.
