The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales, admissions, and business development efforts for Willow Towers Assisted Living while supporting strategic occupancy initiatives across the United Hebrew campus. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual is accountable for driving census growth through relationship building, community outreach, referral development, and exceptional customer service.
The Director of Sales serves as the primary contact for prospective residents and their families, guiding them through every step of the decision-making and move-in process. This position requires a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for serving older adults.
Success in this role will be measured by occupancy growth, lead conversion, referral development, customer satisfaction, and the ability to represent United Hebrew with professionalism and compassion.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of four (4) years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industries.

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Experience in assisted living admissions or senior housing sales strongly preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgement.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outreach activities.
