We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Ensuring booth is stocked and organzied .
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage guest services during events, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly during events.
- Engage with guests through public speaking when necessary, providing information about the product being sold.
Qualifications
- Strong conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise during events.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience working with children
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with public speaking experience being beneficial.
