WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
- Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
- Provide service within established policy, procedure and in accordance with event BEO.
- Present food and beverages to guests.
- Perform bartending duties as directed and/or assigned.
- Provide excellent guest service and promote positive guest relations.
- Meet deadlines as needed.
- Stock, store, and care for all banquet equipment.
- Assist in the washing and stocking of glassware and utensils as needed.
- Clean banquets and storage areas as needed.
- Ensure banquet areas are clean and restocked.
- Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 1 (one) year restaurant/deli experience preferred.
- A valid WA State Health Card/Food Handler’s Permit required.
- Alcohol Service Permit Class 12 required.
HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL
- Knowledge and skill in mixology, beer, and wines, as well as alcohol safety awareness.
- Knowledge of P.O.S. systems.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
- Ability to demonstrate efficient and healthy work habits.
- Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to exhibit quick and efficient serving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to include determination of advantageous solutions, and resolutions.
- Ability to work various shifts , including nights, overnights, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work efficiently under limited supervision.
- Ability to complete all other duties as assigned.
