Impact Merchant Group is looking for an ambitious Lead Generator Specialist in Mobile, AL to join our team. In this role, you’ll review merchant statements, identify potential savings for clients, and generate leads to fuel our sales pipeline. This candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a proven track record in business development, particularly in B2B environments. To expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, social media, and online research.
- Conduct outbound calls and communications to introduce company products and services.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine customer needs.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
- Track and report lead generation activities and results.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, customer service, sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
