Gregg Young Columbus is searching for a Service Advisor to join our TEAM at our Toyota dealership.
Starting with our first dealership over 26 years ago and expanding to 12 dealerships spread throughout NE, IA, and WI, we aim to continue growing our business while simultaneously growing our people and their career paths all while holding true to our 4 Core Values: Ambition, Integrity, Execution, and Serves Others.
Service Advisor Requirements:
- sell, negotiate, and close maintenance & repair jobs with customers
- understand the key performance metrics, utilize training to achieve production goals, strive to improve CSI and customer experiences
- welcome customers into the service drive accurately & efficiently assessing customer concerns
- perform a visual inspection of the vehicle by conducting a walk-around of the vehicle to identify additional areas of concern
- conduct multi-point video inspections
- guide customer through the write up, services, and delivery of the vehicle
- complete the customer interaction, execute necessary documentation
- establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service technicians to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
- service managers that empower advisors to execute their job responsibilities

- state of the art equipment in a clean facility with a fun environment and great work atmosphere
- automotive experience preferred but not required
- customer service experience in an automotive setting
- service writing and auto estimating skills
- proficiency in vehicle maintenance and repair
- strong sales and upselling abilities
- familiarity with dealership operations and service management
- knowledge of various automotive systems such as transmissions, brakes, and suspension
- certification in automotive repair or related field.
Service Advisor Employment Package:
Hours & Compensation
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm (rotating Saturdays)
- $50,000 - $80,000 annually - based on experience
