Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience.
- Upsell additional items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy in orders and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout service.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in diners and family restaurants.
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations.

Pay: $120.00 - $250.00 per day
